I am an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Administration and Policy, Renmin University of China (RUC), and an affiliated member of the Lab of Interdisciplinary Spatial Analysis at the University of Cambridge. My expertise includes urban big data mining, spatial data science, geo-visualisation, and urban sensing and modelling, with applied experience in China, the UK, and the EU. I have a strong interest in how the intersection of machine learning and AI with urban big data can better support urban planning, policy-making, and smart management.
